Thursday: Blogged all day. Burned out. Took a break by borrowing Scott’s car and going to see Harry Potter (2nd time) ($24 for ticket, popcorn, soda, and candy – yow!). I just missed the 9:30pm show, so had to wait for the 10:20pm show. I popped into another theater to kill the time, and watched a silly yet strangely compelling kid’s movie, “Aliens in the Attic” all by myself – that theater was totally empty. At 10:15pm I transferred over to the Harry Potter theater, and was the only one there, too, until one couple showed up just as the actual movie got started. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed the movie. I got back at about 1:30am, handled email, read some news, and went to sleep by 3am.
Friday:
Blog, blog, blog – all day. Went out for a Subway sandwich at 2pm, and came right back to keep blogging. Katie arrived home at about 6pm, and we chatted a bit about our respective days. She was having some friends over, later, and invited me to hang with them. We had Indian food for dinner, and chatted. I then went back to blogging, and they played some kind of guessing game and watched tv. I got to sleep around 2am.
